BP-MegaFlow SP3000

BP-MegaFlow SP3000 is a high performance concrete superplasticiser based on modified polycarboxylate ether. Having unique carboxylic ether polymer with long lateral chains, it is an effective cement dispersant and high range water reducer as compared to conventional superplasticisers. BPMegaFlow SP3000 products have unique waterreducing properties and allow the development of fluid mixes with low permeability performance. Lower permeability minimizes water absorption and chloride ingress. The result is a more durable structure with increased service life.

Application Area

BP-MegaFlow SP3000 is used to increase workability without loss of strength or to enable water reduction for the same workability resulting in dense rheodynamic concrete with high ultimate
trength. This product is very useful in producing high flowable concrete with high water reduction. Suitable for concrete in trength class of 15-60 N/mm2.

BP-MegaFlow SP3000 Can be used with all types of Portland and Slag cements including Microsilica, fly ash, GGBFS.


As a guide, the rate of addition is generally in the range of 0.4-1.5% by weight of cement depending on the function. Higher dosage can be used after verification by conducting lab and site trials. Optimum dosage of BP-MegaFlow SP3000 and effect on concrete properties such as workability, strength, setting time, etc. are best assessed after preliminary tests on site using the actual aterials of mixes under consideration. Overdosing may result in higher workability and fast setting. If intentionally or Effect of overdosing accidentally increased above the recommended limit, ensure that the stripping time of formwork is extended accordingly.
